Medium Build is the musical project of Nick Carpenter, artist and songwriter currently based in Nashville and who spent much of his life in Anchorage, Alaska. He released his debut album Falling Apart in 2016, later followed by roughboy, Wild, and the critically acclaimed Country in 2024. He is known for his genre-blurring music, collaborating with artists including Julien Baker and Holly Humberstone and co-writing for artists like Role Model. Medium Build has toured with Tyler Childers, Holly Humberstone, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise and in 2026, with Mumford & Sons.
